processing times

orders of clothing, accessories, and ready-made fake cakes will be processed within 1-3 business days.

shipping cost (Canada and the USA)

shipping is free on orders over $200 CAD, otherwise there will be a flat rate of $15 CAD.

shipping cost (international)

international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the package weight.

shipping times

exact shipping times can not be guaranteed due to the possibility of postal delays. orders to Canada generally arrive in 2-9 business days after being shipped and orders to the USA generally take 1-2 weeks. international orders may take longer. please select express shipping at checkout if you require a faster delivery.

order pickup

if you live in ottawa, i offer free pickups for your orders! just select "pick up" instead of "ship" while you're checking out :) i'll send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up!
